You agree that Olivari T Shirt Workshop guarantees the products it sells are free from imprint defects and as such will be good for 15 days after purchase of the product. If the printed fails or breaks due to a imprinted image defect during that time, you agree to take a photograph of the failed or broken printed and send the photograph or the original failed or broken product to Olivari T Shirt Workshop. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, Olivari T Shirt Workshop will send a replacement of the product or will issue a refund via the original payment method for the purchase value of the failed or broken printed.

 

You agree that the determination of whether a printed failure or breakage is due to a imprint process defect is within the sole discretion of Olivari T Shirt Workshop. You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by Olivari T Shirt Workshop .

Without a valid return authorization number, our warehouse will not accept returns.

Discontinued styles or products that are older than 30 days cannot be returned.

Include a copy of the invoice to ensure proper credit in a timely manner. (Approximately 20 business days)

If your order is not processed accurately, we will cover the original freight and send you a call tag for the incorrect merchandise.
